Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unless you did not receive your product for more than 30 days after purchase - in this case contact us.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange the item you received must have a manufacturer's defect or be incorrect in some way (ie wrong item was sent). 

To complete your return, refund, or exchange, we require an email notification. Please email all details including the order number, the issue with the product, a clear photo, your name and mailing address. 

We will verify the product and confirm if it is eligible for refund or exchange. Once verified we will process the refund or exchange directly to the individual who purchased the original item.
